What's Covered

Our 2-year warranty protects against:


Plating & Finish Issues:

  • Premature plating wear (with proper care)
  • Unexpected tarnishing or discoloration

Structural Integrity:

Crystal & Stone Security:

  • Stones falling out due to setting failure
  • Missing stones (not from impact)

What's Not Covered

User Damage:

  • Physical damage from drops, crushing, or bending
  • Excessive scratches from normal wear
  • Damage from improper care (harsh chemicals)
  • Lost or stolen items


Expected Wear:

  • Minor surface scratches
  • Normal wear after 2 years

Modifications:

  • Damage from resizing by third parties
  • Alterations or repairs done outside Oomiay
  • Intentional modifications

How to Make a Claim

Step 1: Document the Issue

Take clear photos showing:

  • The full piece
  • Close-up of the problem area
  • Any specific damage or wear


Step 2: Contact Us

Email hello@oomiay.com with:

  • Order number or email associated with your purchase
  • Purchase date
  • Description of issue
  • Your photos


Step 3: Quick Review

Our team reviews within 24-72 business hours and will:

  • Approve your claim, OR
  • Request additional information, OR
  • Explain if issue isn't covered and offer alternatives


Step 4: Resolution

For approved claims:

  • Item in stock: Replacement ships immediately
  • Item out of stock: Store credit for full retail value

Store Credit Option

If your exact item is no longer available:

  • Receive full retail value as store credit
  • Credit never expires
  • Use on any items across our site


Important: The 2-year warranty period is based on your ORIGINAL purchase date, not replacement date.

You may be asked to return the original piece before receiving replacement

  • Store in provided pouch when not wearing
  • Clean gently with mild soap and water

  • Store in humid environments
  • Attempt repairs yoursel

Warranty transfers with the item. Gift recipient can make claims.

Not currently, but our pieces often last well beyond warranty period with proper care!


Q: What if I lost my receipt?

We can look up orders by email address.


Q: Does warranty cover international orders?

Yes! Same 2-year coverage worldwide. But international orders will need to pay for shipping
