- We offer free size or style exchanges within 30 days of delivery date of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery date (excludes Oomiay Fine pieces which have their own return policy HERE)
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. Please note a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for U.S. orders. International orders may be subject to a higher restocking fee.

Natural Wear and Tear
Any jewelry made with copper such as .925 sterling silver, yellow and rose gold can tarnish slightly over time since they are not solid gold pieces. While tarnishing is natural given various skin oil types and humidity based on where you live, our heavy gold plating technique prolongs the process as long as proper jewelry care is taken :)

Upon evaluation, we'll send a replacement - in the rare case if your item is out of stock, we will issue a full store credit value for the item.
